Devonport Folk Music Club meets every Monday, and some other nights, at the historic command post, "The Bunker" on Mt Victoria, Devonport, Auckland, New Zealand.
The best local and visiting overseas singers and musicians are hosted at our Club Nights and Concert Nights making it a good inexpensive night out in the company of friends.
Please take note of door charges as they may vary for concerts, and please bring cash only.
This programme is subject to change. It is always a good idea to ring first if there is something special you want to see - it is essential to book early for concerts, as space is limited.
Please note that although access to vehicles on Takarunga/Mt Victoria is restricted, this does not apply to our members and visitors to the Bunker.

Monday 16th HIMMERLAND IN CONCERT – welcome return to this Nordic folk/jazz band, playing
music from Ireland to Eastern Europe and beyond. Tickets $20. Please book in advance
Monday 23rd LABOUR DAY SONGS – get your shovels and picks out and remember those who
fought for the 8 hour working day. Up the workers ! Members $5 non-members $8
Sunday 29th BUNKER HILL UNPLUGGED – invited songwriters have a 30 minute opportunity to
present their songs. $10 cash at the door.
Monday 30th CLUB NIGHT – bring your songs out of hibernation for a springtime airing.

Monday 13th RICHARD GRAINGER IN CONCERT – welcome return from the Yorkshire moors, Richard brings
his rich voice and Northern humour to our shores. Tickets $20. Please book in advance.
Saturday 18th SPRING CLEAN 10am – it really has been a wet winter, and the Bunker needs a good dry-out.
Bring rubber gloves and a cloth. Lunch will be provided.
Monday 20th 4–STRING CONCERT – Paul Jonson presents his annual show of superstars from his recent
festival at Helensville. Tickets $20. Please book in advance
Sunday 26th BUNKER HILL UNPLUGGED – this will be the final BHU for the year, so make sure you don’t miss
the chance to hear these songwriters. $10 cash at the door.
Monday 27th CLUB NIGHT – an opportunity to give a couple of songs from the floor. Mbrs $5 non-mbrs $8
